Rajasthan English Hr. Sec. School, organized an Alumni meet on Sunday, 8th November, 2015. Students from the year 2001 to 2014 attended the programme. Charoo Garg and Abhishek Chauhan (of the Alumni) anchored the programme. Representing all the batches shared their experiences. They shared what they have carried in their life which they have picked up from this school in their formative years of adolescence. Among the valuable experiences some of them pointed out that they have learnt that for a successful life every one should have a mind to mind one’s own mind. Many of them have excelled in their academics and are pursuing it. Some have turned up as good entrepreneurs, doctors, physiotherapists, engineers etc. Many of them cherish their memories in this school.

Our school Convenor Shri Bherulalji Hiran addressed the audience and promised that the school is open and ready for any new innovative techniques to improve the quality of education and has urged the students to impart to the present and coming generations of students, what they have gained, achieved or learnt so that in the near future these young budding scientists be the pillars for this developing nation – INDIA.

A lecture was delivered on value education on 27.07.2015 by Father Antony S. J., St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad.

At the lecture the following points were highlighted:

• Today everybody knows the price of things but a few go by their values.
• Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma the then president of India in 1997, pointed out that “we have to go by values”.
• Every child is special.

The lecture has given students information with the sense of formation.
